Atlanta SF Model Con 1999

The Atlanta SF Model Con took place Jan. 30, 1999 and was an incredible success.   The model show featured over 700 kits, with well over 100 in the SF catagory alone.   CultTVman was fortuante enough to attend, meet with many of the guild members, and serve as a judge in the contest.   There was a special CultTVman Award for modeling above and beyond the kit in the box.   The winner was Mike Walker, and you can see his Constelation, built from the Ertl 18" Enterprise and Thomas Models detail  parts,  below.  Special thanks to Kirk Shermerhorn for his photos featured here.  Click on an image to view the full photo.
